How to Access the Wallet

User Instruction Manual

The ACOSAT Campus Wallet is a digital payment system that allows students to safely store money, pay tuition and application fees, transfer funds, and request withdrawals directly through the ACOSAT mobile application and the mobile money gateway Monime.

How Students Register in the App

Step 1: Download from official University website or Open www.acosat.com for the web version.

Students can access the campus wallet platform through the mobile app or the online website.

Step 2: Click “Register.”

On the Dashboard page, select:

REGISTER button

Step 3: Fill in Required Information

Students must provide:

  • Full Name
  • Email Address
  • Phone Number
  • Student ID (if already admitted)
  • Password

Step 4: Submit Registration

Click: Register

Step 5: Verify Account

Students may receive a verification email or SMS to activate their account.

Once verified, the student can log in and access the Campus Wallet Dashboard.

How Students Use the Campus Wallet to Purchase Application Forms and Pay Tuition

Step 1: Login to the App

Enter your:

  • Username or Email
  • Password

Step 2: Fund Your Wallet

Click:

CAMPUS WALLET

Then select:

Add Money

Choose a mobile money provider such as:

  • Orange Money
  • Africell Money

Enter the amount you want to deposit and confirm the payment.

Once payment is successful, the amount will appear in your Campus Wallet Balance.

Step 3: Purchase Application Form

  1. Click on:

Wallet Transfer

  1. Select the Transfer method (user email/ User Wallet ID).
  2. Click:

User Wallet ID

  1. Type in:

The College Wallet ID for Application form (college will provide all Wallet IDs for various Payments)

  1. Type in.
    Amount in (le) ….500
  2. Input Description: what the payment is for.

Click on: PROCEED

The system will automatically deduct the application fee from your wallet.

Step 4: Pay Tuition Fees

  1. Click on:

Wallet Transfer

  1. Select the Transfer method (user email/ User Wallet ID).
  2. Click:

User Wallet ID

  1. Type in:

The College Wallet ID for Tuition Payment (college will provide all Wallet IDs for various Payments)

  1. Type in.
    Amount in (le) ….2,700
  2. Input Description: what the payment is for.

The Click on: PROCEED

The system will automatically deduct the application fee from your wallet.

How Students Can Save Money in the Campus Wallet

Students may use the campus wallet as a secure savings account within the ACOSAT system.

Step 1: Add Money to Wallet

  1. Open:

Campus Wallet

  1. Select:

Add Funds

  1. Enter the amount.
  2. Complete payment via mobile money.

 

Step 2: Monitor Wallet Balance

Students can check:

Wallet Balance
Transaction History

This allows them to manage and save money safely within the platform.

 

How Students Can Withdraw Money from the App

Students can withdraw money from their wallet by submitting a withdrawal request.

Step 1: Submit Withdrawal Request

  1. Open:

Campus Wallet

  1. Click:

Withdraw Funds

  1. Enter:
  • Amount to withdraw
  • Mobile number or request reference
  1. Submit the request.

Step 2: Admin Approval

The college administrator receives the withdrawal request and verifies the student’s wallet balance.

The administrator then approves the withdrawal.

Step 3: Cash Disbursement

The student visits the ACOSAT finance office to collect the cash or receive the funds through mobile money.

The admin will:

  1. Verify the student identity
  2. Deduct the amount from the wallet
  3. Disburse the cash or transfer funds
